i am on a hunt for new fall boots and am failing miserably. i've been talking about new boots ever since my birthday when gucci america didn't carry the boot i wanted in the color i wanted. little did i know that that situation would be foreshadowing for fall boot search 2010. every time i find a pair of boots i really like i almost buy them...only to find a different pair of boots i like just as much or even more. at this rate i'm going to be buying a pair of boots in march after trudging through inches of snow in my beat up vans all winter.
currently i am trying to decide between an amazing pair of motorcycle inspired boots a la jeffrey campbell via oaknyc:
or these beautiful dr. martens via nordstrom:
i'm leaning torwards the first ones as they are quite different from the dr. martens i currently have; however, i can't commit to them at the moment because i also want these new dr. martens. i'm forcing myself to buy something on saturday so i can actually enjoy my new fall boots this fall. at the current rate i'm going, i will be buying a pair that i haven't even seen yet.
