i decided to stop by louis vuitton on my way home from work this wednesday for a little hump day treat. earlier today i was perusing the vuitton website and came across this boxed set of postcard replications of vintage hotel stickers. as i was reaching for my wallet to make the purchase i noticed that they were sold out online. i made a quick call to 1-800-VUITTON and found that my local store surprisingly had one box in stock. the thirty postcards come in a nice box featuring the famous monogram as it first appeared in 1896. this set's release date coincided with the release of louis vuitton's new book, "louis vuitton: 100 legendary trunks" which i also viewed and will have to purchase in the near future.
now all i need to do is decide what exactly to do with these. i want to put them up in my bedroom or "dressing room" (yes i did turn my old roommate's bedroom into a giant closet/dressing room...) but am not sure how i want to do so.
